EPFO Stenographer Admit Card 2023. Check Exam Pattern for Social Security Assistant and Stenographer Posts.

Employees Provident Fund Organization has completed the initial steps for Stenographer and Social Security Assistant vacancies. The recruitment authority is now all set to conduct the EPFO SSA Examination. The written test will be organized online (computer-based test).

Aspirants will be informed about their exam schedule in their respective call letters. National Testing Agency will release the EPFO SSA Admit Card on the official portal at least ten days before the written test. Eligible aspirants will be able to download the same using the direct link by entering their application number and birthdate.

Employees Provident Fund Organization has issued a recruitment notification in March 2023 for the posts of Stenographer, and Social Security Assistant. The notification was released to select the 2859 eligible aspirants for said vacancies.

EPFO SSA Exam Pattern 2023

Phase-I Computer-Based Examination

• Each question will be worth four marks.
• English comprehension will be of the objective type.
• The scores acquired in Phase 1 will be evaluated for ultimate merit-based selection.
• The exam will have a total of 600 marks.
• The test will last two hours and thirty minutes.
• On the basis of their performance in Phase I, applicants will be shortlisted for Phase II at a ratio of 1:10, i.e. about 10 times the number of posts in each category.

Phase-II Computer Skill Test (Data Entry Test)

Skil test is qualifying in nature. The merit list will be prepared only on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination.

EPFO Stenographer Exam Pattern

Stage I – Written Test

• Each question will be worth four marks.
• The exam will consist of Objective Type Multiple Choice questions. Except for section III, English Language, and Comprehension, the questions will be set in both English and Hindi.
• The scores acquired in Phase 1 will be evaluated for ultimate merit-based selection.
• The exam will have a total of 800 marks.
• The test will last two hours and thirty minutes.
• On the basis of their performance in Phase I, applicants will be shortlisted for Phase II at a ratio of 1:10, i.e. about 10 times the number of vacancies in each category.

Stage-II Skill Test

Aspirants who will manage to pass the written test will be called for the skill test:

• Dictation: 10 Minutes at the rate of 80 words per minute. (Dictation will be computer-based).
• Transcription: 50 Minutes (English) / 65 minutes (Hindi). (Only on a computer).

EPFO SSA Exam Date 2023

Soon the EPFO will release a notification regarding the SSA/Stenographer Exam Date 2023. It is expected that the written exam might take place in June or July 2023. It is a national-level test and the exam halls will be created in all states of the nation. For exam purposes, the EPFO will soon release the SSA Admit Card online on the official portal. Aspirants must be aware that the Hall Tickets will not be sent by post to the candidate’s address. So they have to download it and take a printout of the same on a4 size sheet.

It is also recommended that applicants should carry a valid photo id card like a pan card, passport, aadhar card, driving license, etc while entering the examination center. Applicants reporting without valid govt ID cards will not be permitted to enter the exam hall.
