The deposit account holder approaches the bank for activating their inoperative account to operative account with the following documents.
- Letter of request for operation of account stating reason for non operation of account for the last 10 years.
- latest copy of residential proof and identity proof.
- latest two passport size photographs.

In unclaimed deposits as stated above, the claimant being nominee, should submit the following documents for claim to the bank.
- Claim form (Download form)
- Death certificate of the depositor
- Address proof
- Identity proof
- Two passport size photographs.

- Deposit Death Claim form (Download form)
- Legal heirs certificate issued by the competent authority.
- Death certificate of deceased depositor.
- Latest copy of residential proof & identity proof of the legal heirs.
- Photographs of the legal heirs.
